The Sensory courses hosted by Sohinee were quite informative, while balancing it out with a good amount of practical activites.
Sohinee made sure to accomodate more relevant experiences from her career, and from the frequent encounters within the industry, while also drawing correlation to and comparison to India and its coffee culture. She went above and beyond to accommodate a vast variety of options for activities involving coffees, and also tried to accomodate for defects such that we could be well aware of them.
Sometimes the activities and courses went on for longer than anticipated.
Although Sohinee remained patient throughout to ensure that everyone had complete clarity on the topic.
