The experience was truly amazing, both for beginners and for those of us who have been in the coffee profession for years. There was something to learn for everyone. Personally, I found that my understanding of sensory concepts was quite different before the course.
However, within a few days, I could see significant development in my knowledge and skills, thanks to the course structure and your excellent guidance.
You were incredibly patient in explaining complex concepts, and your teaching style made the learning process both enjoyable and effective. I had lots of fun throughout the class and truly appreciate the effort you put into making the material accessible and engaging.
