I wish to share my Amazing experience at Benki Brews, while undergoing SCA CSP Sensory Skills Foundation & Intermediate Course under AST Sohinee Mandal.
The two courses conducted over four days was a splendid journey in my quest to acquire multi-dimensional knowledge under the aegis of Specialty Coffee Association. I feel much obliged to AST Sohinee for imparting knowledge with practical experiences for easy assimilation. Her teaching skills are definitely praiseworthy since it made comprehension of such a complex subject simpler and apparently easier.
I am specially appreciative of her professional approach, advance planning & time management and her painstaking efforts to optimise time available for training.
