Taking part in the Specialty Coffee Course – Crop to Cup: Farm Edition was an incredibly enriching experience. I gained a deep understanding of post-harvest processes and the fascinating world of coffee fermentations, something I had only scratched the surface of before. The hands-on learning and insightful sessions made the complexities of processing methods feel both accessible and exciting.
What made it even more special was the opportunity to get hands-on barista experience at Benki Coffee. Putting theory into practice behind the bar was the perfect way to round out the learning.
